We can’t reach our destination until we know where we want to go. To do that, we listen, we ask questions, we plan and we execute.
We usually begin with discovery: meeting with you, getting to know who you are and what your clients or audience are looking for, and figuring out and documenting functional and technical requirements.
Typically, we'll use wireframes and interactive prototypes to flesh out how your website will work, and couple it with process flows that outline how things like calls to action and marketing automation integration are going to work.
This happens together with our creative design process, which begins with a creative brief and usually employs mood boards to help us figure out the right aesthetic for your brand.
Unlike most agencies, we don't typically produce a set number of design concepts. Our focus is on getting things right for you. If we do it on the first go-around, great. If it takes four or five attempts, that's what it takes.
Once the overall site design is agreed upon, we work simultaneously on development and design production. And then we test, test, test.
Throughout a typical web project, we use a combination of online project management and regular account status meetings to keep everyone in the loop - and to meet deadlines.
